Unable to connect with nRF connect for desktop

Hello,

I am unable to see my Nordic Thingy 53 using the nRF connect desktop app, I can use the apps on my phone, but I need to be able to use my computer for a class. I used my phone and the nRF programmer app to install an example to update the firmware but I am still having problems.

Can you please help me connect this?

Hi,

Which device (DK or dongle) are you using for connectivity, for the nRF Connect for Desktop BLE app?
It cannot use BLE natively from the PC, but rather uses an nRF board for the connectivity.

Do you see other BLE devices from nRF Connect for Desktop?

A screenshot from within nRF Connect for Desktop could do wonders for explaining the situation.
