Power Profiler 1.8V logic level

Hi,

we have Power Profiler Kit II

Is it possible to analyze logic signals (e.g. on nRF54H20DK) with a level of 1.8V? If so, how?

Yes, this is possible. When you are using the logic signals, you need to connect GND and VCC om the logic port to GND and the logic level high that you want to analyze. So as long as VCC is connected to 1.8V, it will detect this as logic high, e.g. the VDDIO for the port that has the pin that you want to measure.

Here is a screenshot from measuring the LED pin on an nRF54L15 DK, where the pin goes between GND and 1V8 every second.
