Datasheet for nRF54L15-CSP47 does not include enough data to properly specify a layout

We are entering preproduction build for a custom design using the nRF54L15. We need to know the solder ball dimensions and the recommended solder-mask dimensions for the CSP47 (CAAA) package to complete our layout.

Hi Mathias,

Thanks for the pointers, we have the specs and datasheet and example layout but they don't give the specs required for a ball grid design.

1. We need the diameter of the solder balls, not just the height.

2. We need a dimensioned solder-mask layer.

3. May we request a Gerber or DXF export of the example layout? We cannot read Altium files.

We found the free Altium Viewer, browser based, and got the info we needed. https://www.altium.com/viewer/

Drawn solder mask for the balls is 0.2mm diameter with 0.10mm spacing to match with the 0.3mm grid pitch.
