zap-gui and matter spec inconsistency

Using the matter weather station as a base on a thingy53 and SDK 3.1.0 which should use matter 1.4.2

if i open zap-gui and try and add a Control Bridge (0x0840) i get notification 

WARNING On endpoint 4, support for cluster: Scenes Management client is provisional.

according to the matter spec in 1.4.2 Scenes Management isn't provisional anymore, is this a bug or am i somehow on a different matter version

also If i try to add a Timer(0x0047) Cluster to the Control Bridge i get 

WARNING On endpoint 4, support for cluster: Timer server is provisional.

I cannot find a timer cluster anywhere in the Matter specs not in the List of Provisional Items or anywhere else

can someone point out where in the specs this is or where else it comes from?

Hi,

You are correct, I see the same error when building the sample.

However, as I stated in my previous reply, since the cluster is not in the official specification, I recommend treating it as unsupported and work in progress.
