Designing a trace antenna for Enhanced Shockburst

How precise do the trace antenna dimensions have to be? Given that the datasheet for the nRF54L15 only has a reference layout up to and including the matching network, but not the antenna itself, I'm planning on copying the antenna found on the dev board using a pair of calipers. Would this work?

Additionally, I noticed one extra component downstream of the coaxial connector that doesn't appear in the datasheet. If anyone knows what it's for please let me know. Thank you

I'd recommend you use the nRF54L15 DK hardware files for reference when designing your nRF54L15 board. The trace antenna there should work just fine for ESB as well as for any generic 2.4GHz protocol I believe: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-hardware/nRF54L15-DK/Hardware-files?lang=en#infotabs
