Can not detect nrf52840 by USB in pan1780 evk

I have downloaded the nrf connect software and downloaded the segger drivers. I cant see the drivers in mi windows drivers administrator. The evk is powered by the usb because of leds up,

Can you please check if you have downloaded and installed the proper JLink firmware on your PC?

Try uninstalling the old one and installing the latest in the folder which is also in your system path.
