Unable to detect nRF5340 DK from Windows and/or Linux

Dear Sir,

I have purchased nRF5340 DK (Will call it device hereafter) and am trying to bring it up. 

I have connected the device to Linux but the device was not detectable. Then I tried to connect to Windows laptop also. There also the same problem.

The problem is that Led 5 is continuously blinking and LED - 1,2,3,4 are blinking in a sequential manner. It is shown in attached video.

I infact installed nRF SDK also and there the device is not being shown. I tried to see the available solutions on Youtube also but no clue.

I tried with 3 different USB cablese but issue is same. Here is the image of the product.

Try a different USB cable. That blinking LED means that the data lines are not properly connected. There are USB cables that can only be used for charging.
