Hello.
During production, we occasionally encounter products that exceed the reception sensitivity standards.
Of course, we only select those that completely exceed the sensitivity limits after repeated attempts, not those in a shielded room.
In reality, there are cases where the difference is more than 10dBm.
Of course, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the operation. Aside from the possible communication range issue...
I don't have any experience with it, but...
What would be a reasonable range for a typical production receiver sensitivity error?
5dBm? / 10dBm?
- Output: 0dBm to 4dBm
- Chip antenna used (matched with CWPG)
- 3V LDO used
- Class F 1005 size resistors used
- 1005 size wire-wound inductors used in the RF section
- NPO grade MLCCs used
thank you
