Maximum BLE Throughput on nRF5340 for 1M PHY and 2M PHY

I am working with an nRF5340 device and I want to understand the maximum achievable BLE throughput for both 1M PHY and 2M PHY. Could you please provide guidance on:

  1. The theoretical and practical maximum throughput for the nRF5340 on 1M PHY and 2M PHY.

  2. The specific settings, configurations, and modifications required (e.g., connection parameters, Data Length Extension, ATT MTU, number of packets per connection interval, etc.) to achieve maximum throughput.

  3. Any best practices or recommended sample code from Nordic for conducting a high-throughput BLE test on this device.
