I’m currently experiencing an issue while trying to install the Toolchain Manager application from nRF Connect for Desktop (v5.2.0) on Windows 11.
Every time I attempt to install it, I get the following error message:
Unable to install downloadable app.

Error: Failed with exit code 1.
Failed to query for package 'nrfutil-toolchain-manager' on package index
Caused by:
HTTP request to 'files.nordicsemi.com/.../nrfutil-toolchain-manager' was unsuccessful. Status code: 403 Forbidden.
I’ve already tried several times, but the error occurs consistently.
I have a direct internet connection (no proxy or VPN), and the rest of the nRF Connect for Desktop environment seems to be working fine. I haven’t tried installing the Toolchain Manager manually yet — only through the nRF Connect for Desktop interface. Could anyone please help me understand what might be causing this issue or suggest a possible workaround?
Is this related to the package index or a recent server-side change?
