connect the DK with the APP , the DK will be disconnected for some time

Hi: There is a worried question around me. when i put my product and phone in a firm place after the product connect with APP of phone.

I find that there are lots of disconnections between periods. For a start ,i think it is my question that comes from hardware or software. So i try it on DK board.

The same condition with my product, i find that will exist the same question. i want to konw who encounters the same question? Whether there is the way for dealing with it? Can you discuss your questions and share it for me?

Do you have a nRF51-DK or a nRF51-Dongle? If so, could you use the sniffer to track what is being transferred over the air? And upload the sniffer trace here?

The sniffer should be used with Wireshark, and it works best with version 1.10, not one of the newer versions, this answer links to older version of wireshark.

Do you see the same problem if you use one of the examples from the SDK?

Do you use on of the Nordic apps on the phone side for the testing?

I found an important point that i use the sinffer on it , when the disconnections happen, the phone transmit a few of informations, my product has not answer back the phone. But i do not know whether it is my firmware question for what reasons. How should i check the questions and could you give me some advices ?

For after, i will use the demo example and nodic apps for testing. Thank you very much!
