Thingy91x celluler connectivity issue

Hi

I have thingy91x, which comes with two sim cards onomondo and conexa pre activated sim. i have connected sim and flash nrf cloud firmwware to see data on nrf cloud but it is not connecting to nrf cloud. i tried At command to check the network signal strength and registration.

+CEREG: 0,4

I tried onomondo sim on other microcontroller sim is working fine.

is there any way to fix this.

Which guide have you followed to connect to nRF Cloud?
Have you tried to use both Onomondo and Conexa SIMs? 
Which application have you flashed to the Thingy91 X?

Hi dejans,
Thanks for response.

I used quick start of "nrf connect for desktop" and flashed Hello nrf Cloud application in my thingy91x.
Yes i have tried both sim.

Is there any guide which might help to solve this please mention.

Hi Dejans,

I’ve already gone through all the documentation. After that, I reached out to the SIM provider’s support team and they told me that " LTE-M is only validated in India, we cannot guarantee connectivity" so this will be issue.
