NPM1300-NRF52840 nPM PowerUp App

Hey Team,

I have a custom board based on the NRF52840 and I want to create a profile for my battery using nPM PowerUp. the nPM1300-EK has onboard nPM controller and USB, and my board also has USB functionality.

My question is: Can I use nPM PowerUp with my custom board? If so, does Nordic provide source code for the nPM controller? I saw hex files in the GitHub repository, but I need the source to modify the I2C ports.

Sorry, but what you’ve described cannot be achieved with the current setup. We don’t support this.

You’ll need to use an nPM Evaluation Kit along with a fuel gauge board to profile your battery.

Okay, so there is only one method for profiling a battery and creating an .inc file, and for this method I've to buy the npm1300-ek board, am I right?
