Cpin values ​​for XC1 ,XC2

I will calculate the capacitance of the external capacitors for the 32 MHz oscillator circuit, but the values of the Cpin for XC1 and XC2 are not specified in the the datasheet V1.0.
Could you please tell me the capacitance of the XC1 and XC2 Cpin? Are they the same as XCL1 and XCL2, which are 3 pF (Typ)?

Hi

This is not something we have currently available it seems. Based on the nRF5340 datasheet the Cpin and Cpin_hfxo are not necessarily the same, so I don't think you can assume these will be identical. I have asked internally now and will let you know when I hear from the ICPS team on this.
