Looking for nRF module for harsh environment

I'm looking for a radio module for a harsh environment (steelworks furnace) The module has to work at high temperature 80°C and must transmit 16bytes every second at a distance of about 20/30 meters. The operation must be guaranteed for at least 6months (and the battery can not be too large for mechanical problems). The radio protocol used can also be non-standard but must manage the transmission of 5/6 modules. I was looking for a module that was already certified (FCC / CE) and, to minimize the size, I was looking for an ARM SoC (programmable with IAR) where I can download my application code. Thanks in advance to all for help and suggestions.

Hi,

There are no modules that are certified up to this temperature rating. However both the nRF51 and nRF52 series chips are within the 80°C range and can be used.

Operation for 6 months is very achievable with both chips. The wireless transactions should not be a problem either.

Thanks for reply Øyvind, but I was looking for an already certified module. Our module can be installed in different parts of the world and must have FCC CE ... Since we will use for now only some hundreds of modules the certification costs are not sustainable
