May I know if there are any hardware SoCs and development kits that operate in Wi-Fi Halow(802.11ah) standard?
Please point me out if there are.

We do not have such hardware SoCs at the moment, no. Current Wi-Fi offerings from us are the Wi-Fi companion ICs of the nRF70 series, which are either single band on 2.4 GHz or dual band with 2.4 and 5 GHz.
