Sample for high speed peripheral (e.g. SPI) - for nRF54H20

Hi,

I have nRF54H20, SDK 3.1.0

is there any sample (tested) which is running with high speed peripheral? I need to test high speed SPI (SPI120 or 121).

I found (...\v3.1.0\modules\hal\nordic\nrfx\samples\src\nrfx_spim) sample, but I can not build. How to configure this sample for high speed SPI?

You can test the spi_loopback sample to test high speed on the instances that support high speed.

west build -b nrf54h20dk/nrf54h20/cpuapp nrf/tests/zephyr/drivers/spi/spi_loopback -p
west flash

And use the right pins in the pinctrl in the overlay file to match SPI instance number and pins.

When I ran it directly as you wrote, there was a compilation problem. Which (exactly) H20 overlay file is used for this build?

In this sample (in the "boards" folder), I only see the L15 and 7120 overlays.

Where is the source code for this sample?

I need the correct overlay file for my nRF54H20 (already debugged). Does Nordic have any working sample for high-speed peripherals (I prefer SPI) or can you provide me with the correct overlay file for this SPI loopback sample (or something similar)?

Unfortunately I do not have a working sample or the changes required to make this work. If you work on the overlay, and select the right pins and speed there, I think the rest of the sample would not need any changes to test.
