How connect Power Profiler Kit II to nrf52840-DK to measure current consumption

I flash my firmware onto the nRF52840-DK and want to profile the power consumption of the nRF52840 chip, but not the other DK specific stuff like JLink.

How do I exactly wire the Power Profiler Kit II to see the pure nRF52840 consumption in "Ampere meter mode"?

A foto were I can see exactly the setup would be nice.

The Video 6min15sec https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B42lPvkUSoc shows "Source meter mode" and measures several mA consumption which is probably related to the JLink chip
I don't think this show details about my firmware on the nRF52840.

You can setup the kit similar to 1:55 in the linked video.
