nRF54L15: CONFIG_PM_DEVICE_RUNTIME doesn't work with wake-up SPI

Bug report

SDK: v3.2.0-preview2
Sample: nrf_desktop extended with Slave and Master SPI configure with wake-up GPIOs
 + CONFIG_PM_DEVICE=y
 + CONFIG_PM_DEVICE_RUNTIME=y
Symptom: doesn't work (probably stuck, no UART output)
