Cellular IoT L1 Exercice 1 : status remains stuck at “READY

Hello, I am having a problem with Exercise 1 of the Cellular IoT lessons (nRF Academy, Asset Tracker Example). I have carefully followed all the steps outlined in the documentation: The nRF91x1 kit is connected to the computer, and the SIM card is inserted and active. I used the latest version of nRF Connect for Desktop, installed and launched Quick Start. I flashed the Asset Tracker Template application as recommended. I obtained the attestation token, which I received from the application and used on nRF Cloud to claim my device. My problem is as follows: After pasting the token and making the claim, my device appears in nRF Cloud, but its status remains stuck at “READY” and never changes to “PROVISIONED.” I waited several tens of minutes, tried several restarts (physical RESET of the kit), and even tried to “Unclaim” and then “reclaim” the device, but nothing worked. For your information, the attestation token is normally used to prove the identity and ownership of the kit to nRF Cloud in order to provision it and activate the connection and management services in the cloud. Despite this procedure, I am unable to complete the provisioning phase (“PROVISIONED” status), which blocks all data upload to the cloud. I have checked: The SIM card (activation, signal). The firmware flash. The logs in the serial console (no obvious errors).

Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this situation? Are there any additional steps to take or specific checks to perform after sending the token? Thank you in advance for your help!
