request of information on the numer of channel that are used in mesh

I would like to know if in mesh device  for the comuniation are used  all that channel or only the 3 channel that are used for the advertising channel  or all the channel  37 channel .

I am not sure I understand your question correctly, but yes. The Mesh protocol is using all 3 advertising channels, 37, 38 and 39. 

The Mesh stack is built on top of the normal SoftDevice Controller, so it will start scanning and advertising using the same API that a normal BLE device would. This means that all messages that it transmits will be published on all 3 channels, and when it is not transmitting, it will listen to all channels (one channel at the time, cycling through the 3).
