Do you know if NRF54L15 can be inside a part who will be autoclave ? ( temp 132°C)

and if not do you have something compatible with autoclave ?

No this will be without supply.

Hi,

The max storage temperature of the device is +125C, so 132C is still outside the absolute maximum ratings.
