Request for J-Link OB firmware with MSD enabled (PID 1069) for nRF54L15 DK

Hi Nordic Support Team,

I’m using an nRF54L15 DK (PCA10156) and need to use it as a Bluetooth PTS Dongle.

Currently, the on-board J-Link enumerates as USB VID 1366 & PID 1068 and the MSD (Mass Storage Device) interface is disabled.

Could you please provide the J-Link OB firmware with MSD enabled (the one that enumerates as PID 1069) or a corresponding HEX file that allows the DK to be recognized as a PTS-compatible dongle?

I’m currently on the latest J-Link OB firmware according to SEGGER’s configurator, and PTS 8.11.0 with the updated TransportControl.dll recognizes the board only as PID 1068.

This will be fixed by the Bluetooth SIG so the 1068 will be supported. In the meantime you can use the SEGGER tools to enable the MSD, there is no need to change the FW. Check the jlink commander as I believe this can change the MSD state.
