Which GPIO domain for LPCOMP?

Hello,

we would like to use the LPCOMP on the nRF54LM20A, but there's some confusion on which GPIO domain can be used.

According to the overview block diagram, LPCOMP lies in the LP PD with GPIO P0.

However, the documentation for the LPCOMP refers to the pins AIN0-AIN7, which are in the PERI PD with GPIO P1.

Does this mean that if we want to use LPCOMP, both the LP PD and PERI PD will need to be powered since the peripheral and its analog inputs are on different domains?

Or is there a mistake in the overview block diagram?

HI Leon,

This is not a mistake.. The LPCOP peripheral itself lies in the Low power domain.. However, all analog input pins for LPCOMP (AIN0–AIN7) are located on GPIO port P1, which belongs to the Peripheral (PERI) power domain. Both the LP domain and PERI domains must be powered for LPCP operation.
