Publish nRF Connect VS Code Extensions to Open VSX

Currently, the nRF Connect extensions are available only on the Visual Studio Code Marketplace.
We primarily use Cursor, which is a VS Code fork designed for enhanced AI-assisted development. Since Cursor (and many other VS Code forks) rely on Open VSX instead of Microsoft’s marketplace, the nRF Connect extensions are not directly installable there.

Publishing the nRF Connect extensions to Open VSX would make them accessible to a wider range of VS Code–compatible IDEs while requiring minimal maintenance effort.

The four extensions that make up the nRF Connect for Visual Studio Code extension are already available on Open VSX.

Thanks, I checked again. Due to some reason Cursor not listing these extensions when searching "nRF Connect" but listing when searching just "nRF".
