nRF54L15DK suddenly stopped working.

Hello,
My nRF54L15-DK has suddenly stopped working, and it appears to have a hardware-level power failure.

The board was working normally the previous day while running a simple application that reads temperature from an LIS2DH sensor. I did not flash any new firmware or make any changes. The next morning, the board no longer powers on.

No LEDs light up at all (not even briefly when connecting USB)
The PC does not detect the board in any form (no USB device or error message)
Tried multiple known-good USB-C cables and several USB ports/computers
Tried powering via a regular USB charger (still no LEDs or signs of life)
Board never got shorted, bent, or overheated
It was simply sitting on my desk when the issue occurred
Since the interface MCU and power circuitry do not appear to start, and the board shows no signs of receiving power, it seems to be a hardware failure unrelated to my firmware.

Could you please advise on next steps or an RMA/replacement process?

Thank you.

  • It has 4 pins, it consumes around ~11 µA running in Normal Mode 50Hz. Sensor has 4 pins, SDA, SCL, GND, VCC. On PORT P1, I connected the VCC to VDDIO and GND to GND, SCL to Pin 12 and SDA to Pin 13. Tho I i shall say that, this sensor has been connected to this board for almost a month now, I was working on it on a daily basis, I never removed it from the board. I just unplugged and plugged the USB to program it and that is it. I also played around and wiggle the USB port a little bit to see if I damaged it or not but still no luck.
