Why will this service not show up with SDK10?

I've completed the Custom service tutorial, and I wanted to port the system to use the SDK10 with the pack installer. I've run into an issue though.

The code runs fine on SDK9, but when I port it to SDK10 and install the relevant software packs, fix the function mismatches, etc. It won't show up anymore. I've done this before, so I know it's possible, I just can't see where I've gone wrong. I can't even blink an LED in it's current state...

What will not show up anymore? If you can't blink an LED, but you are able to compile and flash I would check the ROM and RAM settings. What SoftDevice are you using?
