Reduce unnecessary power consumption when Reg0 is not in use

I am designing a battery-powered mobile device.

Previously, I was using Reg0 in DCDC mode, but I added an external 2.0V DCDC with higher efficiency (low Iq) and decided not to use Reg0.

According to past forums, the Iq of Reg0 (DCDC) is several tens of uA, which cannot be ignored as standby power for low-power devices.

I want to reduce unnecessary standby power consumption when Reg0 is not used.

What is the recommended way to set up config and overlay?

Reference: I am using Raytac MDBT50Q-1MV2 and the power supply circuit is as per the reference.

Reg0 is disabled when you follow their reference circuit here:

Reg0 will not contribute to the current draw in this configuration.

I don't think Reg0 works electrically, but I think the regulator logic does consume power.

Or does it consume so little power that it is practically negligible?

No, reg0 will not be powered and it will not lead to any extra power consumption. Are you not able to reach the specified sleep currents?

No, I'd just like to reduce power further by adjusting some settings.
If reg0 isn't powered by this connection, that would be perfect!
