NRF9151 GPIO Output/Input Current and Analog Input Current

I have three questions regarding the electrical parameters of the NRF9151 chip:

1. For a GPIO configured as output:
   What is the maximum source current per pin when driving a digital “1”, and what is the maximum sink current when driving a digital “0”?

2. For a GPIO configured as input:
   What is the input current on a pin when it is in a digital “1” state?

3. For GPIO configured as  A2D:
   What is the input current of the analog input?

Additionally, which document contains the detailed specifications for these parameters? I was unable to find this information in the available documentation.

Inputs are very high impedance (>>10Mohm range), the same with analog inputs (maybe with a small leakage exactly when sampling, but even that is close to nothing).
