nRF connect for Desktop error

I'm suddenly getting this error message with nRF Connect for Desktop. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, but the same error persists.

What should I do?

Hello,

Please do specify the version of nRF Connect SDK that you are using.. Could you try deleting (or renaming, to keep a backup) the following folders:

C:\Users\<your-username>\.nrfconnect-apps and 
C:\Users\<your-username>\AppData\Local\Programs\nrfconnect.

After deleting these, reinstall nRF Connect for Desktop from the official website and try launching it again: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-Connect-for-desktop
