Unable to find Manufacturer who can manufacture boards for NRF5340-CLAA-R

Hi,

We designed a board using NRF5340-CLAA-R by following the Altium Reference design.
Although when we tried to place an order with JLCPCB or PCBWAY, then informed that they cannot take the order because the BGA Pad size is very small.

If we increase the Pad Sizes, then the order is getting rejected because the Distance between Pads is less.



We are stuck. Kindly help.
