nRF52840 ETM implementation version and parameters

The original question was: "The nRF52840 PS mentions, that this chip contains an ETM but it does not mention the implemented version."

Researching the topic more, I found out, that Cortex-M4 chips should implement ETM-M4.

So the question reduces to whether this information is correct.

Not an expert here in ETM but trying to find relavant data. Based on the information here, it does look like nRF52840 supports both ETM and ITM trace.
