I recently upgraded from a Ubuntu raspberry to a Raspery PI5 running PI OS and have two Nordic boards but not able to install the nrfConnect image on the PI image. Is there some tricks to it or to I need to get back to Ubuntu. Thanks.

ok i liked Ubuntu anyway. seems to be an OS2 issue with the appimage execution. But will try another SD card with Ubuntu. Thanks.

I tried Ubuntu on my Raspberry Pi5 and the NrfCoonect.AppImage still wouldnt load. Think its a problem with it being an ARM processor and it still works on my Intel X64 board. Isnt there a solution by Nordic yet or do I move on with our pojects from Nordic. Right now we have 2 but cant run Ubuntu or PI. Is there no manual install for the Connect. Thanks.

I never tested this on Raspberry pi, but didn't you say that you got it running on ubuntu raspberry Pi5 initially?
Best regards,

Yes but this is an intel based system x64 and still works but limited on memory. So I upgraded to a raspberry pi5 which is arm 64 and can't nrf connect. Now may have to be stuck with both systems because it looks like Ubuntu arm64 isn't supported on Nordic website. So sad. Any ideas.
I would think if I could install the arm64 toolchains I could manually install the nrf tools somehow. That is what I was looking for.
Edwin do you know if there is a plan to support arm64 Ubuntu or raspberry pi5 soon or do I give up on the Nordic boards. I am out out storage on my x64 system to continue to use it for notice and want to use my new raspberry pi5. Thanks. The support list says arm64 for Linux has not supported. Thanks
