Does nRF54L15 temp sensor vary based on VDD level?

Does the nRF54L15 internal temperature sensor vary, based on the applied VDD voltage?

I'm wondering if this is what I'm seeing. With a VDD of 3V I'm seeing lower temperature readings, by approx 2 degrees C, than with a VDD of 1.8V

At least I think I'm seeing this. I haven't dug into it exhaustively yet.

Is this possible?

Hi,

Do you work with the nRF54L15 SoC or the DK?

Is it just the voltage changes that happen, which might be causing the temperature change?
