Subject: Inquiry About Availability and Support Status of nRF54H20 MCU

Hi Nordic Team,

We are currently evaluating MCUs for our upcoming product, and our requirements include a device with large RAM and ROM, especially larger code space. During our research, we found that the nRF54H20 appears to be the best fit for our use case, as it provides sufficient memory resources.
We have contacted you previously regarding this MCU, but at that time the chip, development kit, SDKs, and supporting tools were not yet released.

Could you please confirm the current status of the nRF54H20?

1. Is the nRF54H20 available as a standalone chipset?

2. Has the nRF54H20 development kit been released?

3. Are the required SDKs, tools, documentation, and software support fully available?

If the MCU and its ecosystem are now available, we are strongly considering using the nRF54H20 in our product, which is planned for release around mid next year.

nRF54H20 is not yet a fully-public product. We do have DK for the nRF54H20. But as of now, it is in a sampling/control access phase and will need to go through the Sales team to access the DK. You can reach out to your Regional Sales Manager for more details on ordering and for the roadmaps. If you need the contact information of your RSM, do let me know.
