Marking code / FW version

Dear Company

We are using the following component NORDIC NRF52840-CKAA-F-R7 and we have a problem in the test phase.

We have two version with the following marking code on the component:

N52840CKAAF02434LL and N52840CKAAF12516LL

-->The P/N with marking F0 works, but the one with marking F1 does not work.

Question: 

What is the difference between the two ICs with different marking codes?

I assume it's the programming of the component. Your datasheet indicates Firmware version code

If the component with marking F1 is reprogrammed by us, will all data be deleted?

The two devices are equal, just from a different production site:

If the component with marking F1 is reprogrammed by us, will all data be deleted?

The devices are delivered empty from our side, and it is assumed that you program the device in production.

 

Do all devices from this lot have the same problem? If so, what is the current failure rate?
