nRF54LM20A - matching network

The matching network shown for the nRF54LM20A-DK does not match the reference layout or the datasheet reference layout.  Which values should be used?

Hi, Adam.

You should use the one found in the preliminary datasheet and the latest updated reference layout, i.e., the bottom one of the three you're referring to.

We started some prototype manufacturing, and have the v0.1.0 reference layout components.  We will fix this in later builds but would prefer not to adjust or rework the ongoing prototype.  Is there a significant difference in performance?

I see. There'll likely be something like a 2-3dB-ish difference in TX output power. And also some difference in the RX performance.
