Is the WLCSP package of nRF54L15-CAAA a glass package?

Is it similar to the WLCSP package of 52832-CIAA?

The above refers to the molding material.

If possible, please provide some information about the WLCSP packaging material of this product.

The WLCSP packages are bare die packages, so there is no packaging material on the chip.

I still want to have a detailed understanding. Could you please help confirm whether the wlcsp package of nRF54L15-CAAA-R is the same as that of the nRF52832-CIAA-R? Because the nRF52832-CIAA had a layer of black film, and during the production and soldering process, there was a case of the film peeling off, resulting in light transmission and leakage current.

From what I know, the nRF54L15 WLCSP(Snow Rider 2) doesn’t use the same black film layer that the nRF52832-CIAA had, but to be sure, it’s best if Nordic can confirm whether the surface structure is identical. Since we had issues with the 52832 film peeling and causing light-induced leakage, we’d like detailed info on the 54L15 die surface to verify this. Could you help confirm?
