PPK 2 WITH NRF52DK: No device setup found

Hi:

I connected PPK II with nRF52DK.

PPK 2 is connected to the PC via the PPK 2's USB Data Power port.

The led of both are ON.

I see PPK2 in NRF CONNECT FOR DESKTOP.

I select PP2 and  receive message: Error while setting up device with the serial number F8EA1D75CC56. "No device setup found"

The Operating Systems is Windows 11 Home.

I tired to attach images but the editor sent message: An error occurred.

The physical connection between PPK 2 and NRF52DK is correct, and I did it as shown in the YouTube video minute 2:24

Can you try with different usb cable and to the different port? Also a simple restart of the computer?

Where Can I find the PPK2 Firmware with extension  ".ppk2"?

Hello Luiz,

.ppk file is the file you get after measuring current consumption on power profiler app from the live current measurement. Later you can also load this .ppk file  to view the recorded (offline) current measurements. 

So, .ppk2 is created when you save a session from the Power Profiler app in nRF Connect for Desktop, not distributed separately as “firmware.
