nRF9161DK Fails LTE Attach Despite nRF Cloud Showing Available SIM Data

I’m experiencing an issue with iBasis SIM cards activated through nRF Cloud, where the reported data usage does not seem to update correctly.

I have multiple iBasis SIMs active in the Cloud, and the dashboard shows that the affected SIM still has plenty of remaining data (see picture below).

However, the nRF9161 DK is no longer able to attach to LTE when using that SIM. To rule out hardware or device issues, I swapped in another SIM card—and the device immediately connected to LTE without any changes to the firmware or configuration. This strongly suggests that the SIM is being treated as out of data or inactive by the network, despite nRF Cloud reporting that data is still available.

Is this a known issue with data-usage synchronization between the SIM backend and the nRF Cloud dashboard?
