BLE Mesh Light LC Server

Hi,

The Light Lightness Control (LC) Server controls a single Light Lightness Server instance on the same device with a state machine.
Is there any application that demonstrate the relationship mentioned in section  "Relationship with Other Node" in Light Lightness Control Server  

can we use the nrf-SDK sample application Light_ctl and Sensor Observer to demonstrate the above relationship.
Let us know if my understanding is correct or not.

On further looking into the documentation. The sensor Observer interact via mesh shall. Is there any application that sends the sensor reading based on button press.
