Regarding the nRF7002 power supply voltage issue

After reviewing the nRF7002 datasheet and reference design guidelines, we were unable to find the input/output characteristics and voltage ranges for PALDO, VDD_BUCK, PWRIOVDD, and BUCKVMID, which prevents us from selecting capacitors with appropriate voltage ratings.

I have raised this question internally now to double check with some colleagues. I'll get back to you with more information by end of week, but I think you will be safe in choosing capacitors with the same voltage ratings as the nRF7002 DK's BOM (available here).

We would like to switch to a smaller package device, but the voltage rating is directly related to the package size.
