After reviewing the nRF7002 datasheet and reference design guidelines, we were unable to find the input/output characteristics and voltage ranges for PALDO, VDD_BUCK, PWRIOVDD, and BUCKVMID, which prevents us from selecting capacitors with appropriate voltage ratings.
I see. I asked the developers today, and here is their response.
The voltages for all these pins are stated in the datasheet, and we recommend the components with pretty conservative ratings in our BOM since some derating must be expected over their lifetime.
These should also be fine for the smaller package size.
