Dimension of nRF54H20

Dear Nordic

We are evaluating a wearable device and plan to use nRF54H20 be our MCU,

Since our device will be a small form factor and Nordic not released datasheet yet,

Can somebody confirm the smallest dimension of the nRF54H20 is 4.7x4.3mm?

Following is the Nordic data what I found in internet,

We have ever use nRF54L15 on another project and the size is 2.4x2.2mm, 

Will nRF54H20 have same package(2.4x2.2mm) with nRF54L15?

Hi Mardin,

The nRF54H20 currently only has one package variant which is 4.7x4.3 mm as you mentioned. If you need more information about if there will be any more later for nRF54H20, I would suggest you to contact Nordic's sales manager.
