Partition Manager Help or Examples or Documentation?

I'm new-ish to nRF Connect (2025.9). Getting going on a nRF5340-DK. It seems that I can manage flash layout either through the device tree or Partition Manager. We want to keep our options open to use multi-image build, so we want to use Partition Manager. Is the correct? Also, the default in our development environment is to use Partition Manager. Where are Partition Manager examples? Documentation?

My first task is just to create an area in flash to store some error logs, maybe 4 partitions. How do I do that?
