nrf-util ble-sniffer fails to install on Wireshark using command line bootstrap

# Background

I am attempting to install ble-sniffer onto WireShark for BLE sniffing. I have been following the guide in Link. I have already flashed my nRF52840 USB dongle with the sniffer firmware according to the guide. 

# Problem

After I ran `nrfutil ble-sniffer bootstrap`, I don't see any new interface appear in the WireShark GUI. I checked that there are two shim executables created and one json file in my WireShark personal extcap folder. 

Can I manually install the bootstrap files? What am I missing to sniff on WireGuard?

When launching WireShark, I get the following error pop-up related to missing VCRUNTIM140.dll raised by nrfutil.exe

Is this problem related and how should I fix it?
