There is a kit available for the nRF54LV10A which is the nRF54LV10 DK. If you want an overview, you can take a look at the following documentations: nRF54LV10 DK and  nRF54LV10 Hardware. 

Currently, the distribution of this DK is being controlled through a project-based early access program. To obtain the nRF54LV10 DK, you can apply online by filling out the request form on the product page. Another option is to contact your Nordic sales representative.
