The customer produced several thousand prototypes of the PCBA, among which over 100 encountered errors during program downloading. Upon inspection, the PCBA soldering was found to be intact,

It shows from the error device is not connected to the debugger. Usually "cannot connect" error often indicates that the device is in a read-protected state or there is a communication issue with the J-Link debugger. How have you power your device?  Ensure your USB cable is functional and that the power level of your target board matches the VDD of your programmer/debug probe. Can you show me the setup picture? 

You can try this command to recover operation, which erases the entire flash and unlocks the device:

nrfjprog --recover -f NRF52
