Hi,
It is not possible to check the RSSI value or other RF parameters of different channels at once. The reason is behind the SoC architecture which is designed for operating at single frequency at a time. However you can of course sweep the frequencies but it will not be simultaneous observation.
Ok, how about if I want to increase the bandwidth of sampling, for example, if I want to listen to 3 adjacent channels at the same time?
The low level RF parameters like changing the bandwidth or sampling rate are not accessible and are tied/optimized to/for protocol PHYs. So that is feasible either.

Yes I think so. They are mostly customized and optimized for the supported protocols requirements.
