I have replaced the external flash used with the nRF54L15 with a different model. How should I set the sfdp-bfp parameters for this new flash?

Ideally you can try to refer to the documentation or guidance from the manufacturer of the external flash.

Or simply do: jedec paramter discovery https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-3.0.2/page/zephyr/samples/drivers/jesd216/README.html
